Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, we will reach out to you directly regarding the amendments and replacement of items.

Should you be uncontactable, we will drop you a message via WhatsApp or email. However, if we are unable to get a confirmation from you within 48hours, we will proceed to cancel the order. Refunds will be issued in the form of e-vouchers.

While we commit our best efforts to inform you of any unavailable products in your order as soon as possible, we apologise if we are unable to inform you of such changes in advance.
Refunds
For any form of refunds, it will be in form of an e-voucher for use on purchases from our online store TYJonline. You may also contact us at tyjonline@tyjfood.com regarding refunds inquiry.
Returns
Due to the frozen nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.
